![]() My question is why is my company holding onto an underachieving company that is clearly NOT doing their part. Shame on you Matrix for being a company I could NOT COUNT ON! Thankfully my company had numerous cases that Matrix did the same thing to and most of these leaves had to be handled by my company's management. Like most common folk we also had other issues going on, a relative very ill over Christmas, trying to wrap my job up to hand off only to be dropped like a piece of garbage by Matrix. After all my years of service and continuously overachieving at my job and earning this leave Matrix let me and my family down when I needed them most. I'm so internally disappointed in this company and cannot fathom why my company would hire such an underachieving company. I told her I was unimpressed and would share this experience with everyone I come across. Obviously this process is not part of what of what Matrix does. I told her I chase provider signatures for my job and if no response I'm on the phone within a week and that this is all part of my job. She said no the fax and if no return after so many faxes the process is ended. When some "chick" finally called me back after the denial I asked her do they not contact the company they're faxing to to see if the document was received? To me this should be a part of their job. We checked with Rebound on two separate occasions and they had not received anything from Matrix. ![]()
